Covid-19 Trading Update

Renewed Covid-19 Restrictions – Autolign Update

Auckland has returned to Covid-19 alert-level 3 restrictions, while the rest of the country moves up an alert level to level-2 restrictions. With this change in alert levels we will continue to ensure the continuity of our services to essential businesses.

Level-3 Trading Restrictions - Auckland Region

Alert level 3 restrictions require contactless trading and contact tracing. A reminder of the details of the Level 3 requirements can be found at the Ministry of Health website.
Please call us as usual. We will work with you to define your requirements, process the order and get the product to you as quickly as possible.

A reminder of the level 3 restrictions for our stores:

  • No customers to enter any stores sites
  • Only contact-less collections from designated collection points at branches
  • Contact tracing and heightened hygiene and cleaning practices are in effect

Rep Visits

Out of respect for the level-3 restrictions, and to safeguard the safety of our staff and the safety of customers, we have instructed our reps to refrain from calling on customers. Should you require a visit from a Autolign sales rep please contact your local branch manager to set up an appointment for a safe and contactless visit.

Level-2 Trading Restrictions - All Other Regions

Our branches in regions outside Auckland will remain open to customers. In line with the government's requirements there will be contact tracing and social distancing in place at all sites. A reminder of the Level 2 restrictions can be found at the Ministry of Health website. If you do need to come to the branch the safe pick up points that you have previously utilised will now again be in place.

Delivery or Pick-up Available

Throughout New Zealand our preference is to deliver the goods to you without contact, using our own staff plus selected couriers. We have pick-ups available with safe handling practices, restricting physical face-to-face contact.

We must all remain firmly within the Ministry of Health guidelines that are in place. Safety is our first and foremost priority.
